Currently, we are seeking an Order Settlement Specialist II for our Knoxville, TN location.

Summary:
The incumbent will receive work direction from the assigned Order Settlement Analyst. The position will be the initial clearinghouse for all past due invoices, promotion claims processed, and deductions taken for assigned trade customers. Following appropriate research and analysis, all deductions will then be assigned to appropriate area of responsibility (Sales, Logistics, or CFS).

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the management of order settlement processes, which may include, but not limited to, past due invoice collection, deduction resolution, and claim processing from promotion funds and claim system (PF&C).
  
• Resolving a single order settlement disconnect typically requires working with many of the customers outlined above.
  
• Collaboration with these customers/functions is often required for timely notification and resolution of items in dispute (invoices, deductions, etc) and trade promotion settlement.
  
• These are sensitive issues that must be handled in a manner that builds customer good will. Confidentiality of selected information is maintained at all times.
  
• This is an entry level position that will work with minimal supervision other than matters of exceptional or unusual nature.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• High School graduate
  
• 3 to 5 years credit, collection and/or customer service experience
  
• Good communication skills
  
  Preferred:
  Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
